The plans
Pick the plan that fits your household
Home needs no card. A new account can try Home+ free for its first month, which takes a card.
Home (free)
It isn't a trial. When a car is sold, its place opens for the next one.
Home+
A rental, a lake house and a second car each get their own record, and you can share any home by email.
Home+ Duo
It covers two people, each with their own Home+ and their own sign-in.
Home+ Family
It covers up to six people, you included, each with their own Home+.
The first month free is for a new account on monthly Home+, started on the web with a card. Home+ then renews automatically until you cancel. The price and terms are shown in the app before any payment is taken.

How the plans differ
Setting up your home and car, reminders, warranties, the budget, to-dos, and storing documents and photos come with every plan, the free one included. Projects and side-by-side bids come with Home+, one project at a time, and the Home+ Projects add-on runs as many as you like.

Sharing a home
Share a home and choose what each person can do
On any Home+ plan, you can invite someone to a home by email. You pick the parts of it they can see: the house, its projects, vehicles, documents, to-dos or budget. Then you give them one of three levels.
The home stays yours
Only you, as the homeowner, can share the home, hand it to someone else, archive it or delete it.
How invitations work
An invitation lasts 14 days, and you can send it again or cancel it until it's accepted.
Change it whenever you like
You can give someone a different level, change the parts they see, or take them off the home.
Viewing is free
Someone you invite to view a home needs no plan of their own. To act or manage, they need Home+ through their own plan or a Duo or Family seat. A shared home doesn't count as one of their own homes.

Home+ Duo and Home+ Family
When more than one person looks after the home
Adding someone to your plan doesn't open your homes to them. You share each home with them separately and choose what they can do there.
A couple, on Home+ Duo
Share the home you live in so you can both add and edit its records.
Parents with grown children, on Home+ Family
A grown child keeps the record of their own first place and can still tick off the to-dos at the family home.
A parent's house, on Home+ Family
One of you adds the parent's home and shares it with the others, so each person can look after the parts they've taken on.
Cancelling Home+
If Home+ ends, nothing you recorded is deleted
You choose what stays active
While you're on Home+, you can pick the home and car that stay active on the free plan. If you don't pick, the app keeps your main home and the car you worked on most recently.
The rest is kept, read-only
Your other homes, projects and cars stay in your account. You can open and read them, but not change them.
Shared access pauses
People you've shared a home with lose access until you're back on Home+.
Home+ brings it back
Back on Home+, you can make a home or car that was set aside active again. A home returns with the projects and cars that were set aside with it.

Home Professional is free
Home Professional is the app for contracting companies. It keeps your clients, quotes, contracts and invoices, and connects you with the homeowners you work for on Satisfy+.
Questions
Plan questions
How do I cancel?
You cancel from your account in the app, whenever you like. Home+ runs until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving up to a bigger plan starts right away, and moving down starts when your current period ends.
My partner already pays for Home+. Can they join my Duo plan?
Once their own Home+ has run out, you can invite them to your plan, since each person holds one Home+ at a time. Until then, you can still share a home with them.
Can I hand a home to someone else?
Yes, to someone with a paid Home+ plan, and its cars can go with it. You choose which parts of the record they get. The handover is one way: your copy stays readable, but it can't be made active again.
