How old the big things in your house are
When you set up, your address brings in the basics from the public record. Record the roof, the dishwasher and the other big things with the year each one went in. Next to each, Satisfy+ shows the range of years when it's usually due for replacement.
Deadlines
The deadlines buried in your paperwork
A property tax assessment can be appealed only until a set date, usually printed on the notice. A service contract can renew itself unless you give notice in time. Satisfy+ keeps each deadline on one list once you've entered the appeal date or the contract's renewal terms. The ones that cost the most to miss also get their own email, about two weeks ahead.

Keep the papers for the jobs you hire out
Each job gets its own page. Put the bids side by side before you choose. Once the work starts, keep the contract, the invoices and each payment there and see what you've paid against the price. It all stays with your house after the crew leaves.

Your car's inspection and insurance
Type in the VIN and Satisfy+ fills in the year, make and model. The inspection date goes on the same list as the rest of your deadlines. When the insurance renews, enter the new term; Satisfy+ sets it beside the last one, and a higher deductible or a dropped limit stands out.

With Home+, you can share your home by email with the people who live there or help out, and choose what each of them can see or change.
Sharing needs Home+ on the homeowner's account. Someone you invite to view the home needs no plan of their own. To check off to-dos or make changes, they need Home+ through their own plan or a Duo or Family seat.

The free Home plan covers one home and one car, with the reminders, the to-do list and the budget. Home+ covers every home and car you have, adds projects with side-by-side bids, and lets you share a home. Home+ Duo is Home+ for two people, and Home+ Family is for up to six. Your first month of Home+ is free.
The first month free is for a new account on monthly Home+, started on the web with a card. Home+ then renews automatically until you cancel. The price and terms are shown in the app before any payment is taken. Home+ runs one project at a time.
