Know how old the roof is without hunting for the paperwork
Your address brings in what the public record has on your house, which can include the year it was built, its size, the bedrooms and bathrooms, and its assessed value. Satisfy+ also looks up the FEMA flood zone and the elevation, with the date it checked. Record the roof, the dishwasher, the sump pump and the other big things with the year each one went in, and the app shows when each is typically replaced.

Attach each paper to what it's about: the declarations page to your insurance policy, the assessment notice to your property tax record, the invoice to the job.

Reminders that come from what you record
If the house has a fireplace, Satisfy+ reminds you each year to have the chimney inspected. The reminder to change a filter names the size you use. Smoke alarms are flagged once they pass ten years.
Your car
Your car's papers, and what the dealer still owes you
Keep the title, the registration and the insurance policy on the car. If the dealer still owes you a second key or a repair, it stays on the list until it's delivered.

Share it with the people who help
With Home+, you can invite your partner or a parent by email and choose, area by area, whether they can look, tick off to-dos, or add and edit.
