Adding your car
Adding your car starts with the VIN
Type the VIN, or scan the barcode on the driver's door jamb if your phone can read it, and Satisfy+ fills in the year, make, model and trim for you to check. A rough guess at the mileage is fine to begin with. If you've just bought the car, you'll also say when, whether it was new or used, and for a used car, whether it came from a dealer or a private seller.
Reminders
Registration, inspection and warranty reminders
Add the dates from the registration card, the inspection sticker and the warranty papers, and Satisfy+ puts each one on your list ahead of time. When a freeze is forecast where you keep the car, you're also reminded to check the tires and the battery.
Registration and temporary tag
Your registration goes on your list 45 days before it expires, and Satisfy+ emails you when two weeks are left. If you're driving on a temporary tag, you're reminded a week before it runs out.
Inspection
You'll see the inspection 30 days before it's due, in time to book it.
Driver's licenses
Add each driver's license expiry, and you'll hear 60 days before the earliest one.
Factory warranty
You're reminded 90, 60 and 30 days before a factory or powertrain warranty ends, while there's still time to have something fixed under it.
Service contract
Sixty days before a service contract ends, you're reminded to make sure the service history is complete.
Insurance
See what changed when your car insurance renewed
Enter last term's policy and this one from the declarations pages. Satisfy+ shows each limit or deductible that changed, with the old figure next to the new one. If nothing changed, it tells you that too.

Limits

Collision and comprehensive deductibles, and rental coverage per day and in total.
Coverage that disappears
If a limit was on last term's policy and isn't on this one, it's marked as missing instead of dropping off the list.
Buying a car
What the dealer promised, written down
A second key, a set of floor mats or a repair the dealer agreed to finish is easy to lose track of once you drive away. Write each one down in Satisfy+ with the date they promised it by. If that date passes and it hasn't arrived, it goes on your list, and you mark it delivered once it's in your hands.

Service history
Record each oil change or repair with its date, mileage and cost.
Service cost per mile
Once you've recorded two odometer readings and some service costs, Satisfy+ divides what you spent on servicing by the miles driven. If a service has no cost on it, the app says the figure is low and how many services are missing a cost.
Title, registration and policy
Keep a photo or a PDF of each in Satisfy+. When a buyer asks for the title, you know where it is.
When you sell
Enter the date you sold the car. Its reminders stop, and you can still read its history.
New drivers
A practice-drive log for a learner driver
Log each supervised drive with the date, how long it lasted and how much of it was after dark. Satisfy+ adds up the time, the time after dark and the number of drives for each learner, even when two of them share one car.
