I should know more about this house than I do
Start with your address. Satisfy+ brings in what the public record knows about your house, and you fill in the rest a few questions at a time.

Your house
What the public record already knows
Type your address and Satisfy+ fills in the year the house was built, its size, the bedrooms and bathrooms and its assessed value, each marked with where it came from. It also looks up the FEMA flood zone and the elevation, with the date it checked. Confirm what it found, fix anything that's off, and your home is saved.

Equipment
How old is the water heater?
Record the furnace, the water heater, the roof and the other big things with the brand and the year each one went in. Satisfy+ shows when each is usually replaced, checks the brand against product recalls, and keeps your filter sizes so the reminder names the one you need.
- Due for replacement (example)
- Furnace · installed 2013 · typically replaced 2028–2038

Rooms and belongings
A picture of the house, room by room
Tick the rooms the house has, and Satisfy+ draws the house as a cut-away. Tap a room to see what's in it.

What was in the basement?
Keep each belonging by room and spot, with its photo and receipt, so the list is ready when the adjuster asks. The free Home plan keeps up to 100 belongings; Home+ has no limit and downloads the list as a spreadsheet.
Moving day
Capture what you packed room by room, and you'll know what should come off the truck.
Someday, a screened porch
Keep a want on the wishlist, and turn it into a project when the time comes.
Papers and photos
Where's the insurance policy?
Attach each paper to what it's about: the declarations page to your insurance policy, the assessment notice to your property tax record, the closing papers to the home. Storage is unlimited on every plan. With Home+, upload a stack of pages and Satisfy+ reads it, fills in the dates, amounts and terms, and marks where each one came from for you to confirm.

Before anything goes wrong
A checklist walks you through photographing the shutoffs, the electrical panel and each room while everything is fine.
A pipe bursts at 2 a.m.
Print the emergency binder: one page with your shutoffs and their photos, your policy numbers, your utilities and who to call.
Selling, refinancing, or tax time
One page lists your improvements and what they cost, what runs the house, the warranties that transfer and notes for the seller's disclosure.
What did this year cost us?
Open a year to see what you spent on the house, what was covered, what's expiring and what's coming due.
More of the house
The association letter
Keep the dues, the letters and the votes for your homeowners association in one place, with a reminder before a notice's due date.
The lake house, and Mom's place
With Home+, add as many homes as you look after. Each one gets its own upkeep plan.
Closing day
The closing date and the closing papers live on the home, so a builder's warranty counts from the right day.
Water and weather
Satisfy+ records the FEMA flood zone, the elevation and any violations on your water system, with the date it checked.
Sharing
Run the house with the people in it
With Home+, invite your partner or a parent by email and choose, area by area, whether they can look, check things off, or add and edit. Give the house sitter view-only access to just the information they need.

Sharing a home needs the homeowner to hold Home+. Someone you invite to view the home needs no plan of their own. To check off to-dos or make changes, they need Home+ through their own plan or a Duo or Family seat.
Plans
Your house is free on the Home plan
The free Home plan covers one home and one car, with the house record, the papers and the upkeep plan. Home+ covers as many homes as you have, reads your documents for you and lets you share a home by email. Your first month of Home+ is free.
The first month free is for anyone who hasn't had it before, on a monthly plan, started on the web with a card. Your plan then renews automatically until you cancel. The price and terms are shown in the app before any payment is taken.
Start with your address, and the house takes it from there.
