The lease
Your tenants join free
Add the lease with its dates and the rent, then invite your tenants by email. They join at no cost and see just what you share: the lease, their statements and a place to report a problem. When the lease ends, end it in the app, and the record stays.
Three roommates, one lease
Give each tenant their share, and each one sees their own statement.
The deposit
Take the security deposit, apply any of it when they move out, and return the rest, with the record of each step.
Rent
Collect rent
Tenants pay by card or bank, and can set up autopay. The money goes straight into your own account; Satisfy+ never holds it and takes no share. A payment made in cash or by check is recorded and confirmed, so the statement is right either way.
Rent day
A statement for each month lists the rent, any charges and credits, and what was paid.
The accountant asks for the year
One statement for the year, with the rent roll, a profit and loss and the Schedule E lines your return asks for.
Repairs
Something's broken
Your tenant reports the problem with photos. You answer in the app, keep every photo and message on the issue, and track what the repair cost against the rental. Upload a card statement and Satisfy+ reads the rental's expenses off it.
Plans
Rentals is an add-on to any Home+ plan
Add Home+ Rentals to Home+, Home+ Duo or Home+ Family. Your tenants never pay. Your first month of Home+ is free, and Rentals added during it is free until the month ends.
The first month free is for anyone who hasn't had it before, on a monthly plan, started on the web with a card. Your plan then renews automatically until you cancel. The price and terms are shown in the app before any payment is taken. Rentals added during your free month is free until it ends, once per person.
