Upkeep
A plan for the house you actually have
From day one, Satisfy+ builds an upkeep plan from your house record. A furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, water heater, generator or garage door opener gets a yearly service reminder. A septic tank gets a pump-out every three years, a well a yearly water test, and a fireplace a yearly chimney inspection. No fireplace, no chimney reminder.
Filters and softener salt
Record when you last changed each filter and how often it's due. The reminder arrives a week before the next change and names the size you use.
Smoke and CO alarms
Record the year your alarms went in. Satisfy+ flags smoke alarms past ten years and carbon monoxide alarms at seven.
The extinguisher and the radon test
A year after you last checked the extinguisher, and two years after your last radon test, the reminder comes round.

A problem raised before the end date is the contractor's to fix. You're reminded 90, 60 and 30 days before it ends.
The builder's first year
Forty-five days before a builder's warranty ends, Satisfy+ asks you to walk the house and send the builder a list of every defect, with the list due a week before the end date.
The assessment notice arrives
Enter the appeal date from the notice, and a reminder goes on your list thirty days before it. If this year's assessment is more than 10% above last year's, Satisfy+ points it out.
Home insurance renews
Forty-five days before the policy renews, you're reminded to look over the limits and the deductible before it does.
A letter from the association
Enter the due date from a violation or special-assessment letter, and Satisfy+ reminds you two weeks ahead, by email as well.
Weather
A warning for your county, with what to do about it
Satisfy+ checks National Weather Service alerts for your home's county through the day. A freeze or storm alert puts a reminder on your list with the steps that fit it, and the reminder clears when the alert ends.

Get a reminder to disconnect the hoses and cover the outdoor taps. If your home has a sprinkler system, a second one says to blow out the lines.

The expensive deadlines get their own email
When 14 days remain on a warranty registration, a tax appeal, an association notice, an insurance holdback or a car registration, Satisfy+ emails you.
A weekly email for the middle ones
Home insurance renewals, alarm replacements and the like go into one weekly email, sent only in a week when something is waiting.
Upkeep stays in the app
Filters, yearly service, the extinguisher and radon wait on the list until you get to them, and they never come by email.
